Jake, the kids and I returned from our Christmas to find a house full of nasty little presents, courtesy of some very persistent and unwelcome small furry visitors. So most of our week thus far has been spent in scouring every surface and doing a mountain of washing.
But just because there’s no making going on doesn’t stop my brain from working over time on crafty things. I’m brewing over some ideas about felt – the kids got Fuzzy Felt for Christmas from their Aunty, an awesome gift indeed! And finger puppets too. Mostly because it is wet, cold and grey outside and I’m desperately trying to think of things to keep my tiny grumpy ladies occupied.
More later, I’m off to make some lunch and change over the washing in the washing machine. Ahhh, the ring of domesticity!
